SAINT PURE SALMON with OAK is hand-crafted in our new ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited facility in Miami using fresh (never frozen) Atlantic salmon (ASC certified upon request). We hand-cure with only sea salt & brown sugar and gently smoke using English oak wood chips. We classify our salmon in three smoke profiles, SAINT PURE SALMON with OAK has a bold robust profile. The retail presentations are custom made to order and available in our diagonal slice profile.
