Scotch Reserve® is hand-crafted from premium quality fresh Scottish salmon and traditionally dry cured with a blend of sea salt and brown sugar and cold smoked over oak wood chippings. Fully trimmed by hand, 100% dark meat removed, Skinless. A good source of Omega 3.
Our Scotch Reserve® retail and wholesale presentations are custom made to order and available with all three of our slice profiles. Each visually distinctive slice profile not only allows for creative serving suggestions, but also brings its own unique taste and texture.
