This premium quality Bio Organic smoked salmon is handcrafted in our ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited plant in the Scottish lowland borough of Annan. Steeped in centuries-old Scottish tradition, we hand cure each fillet with a blend of pure sea salt and brown sugar before naturally smoking it over smoldering oak. Fully trimmed by hand removing 100% of the blood line and thinly sliced in Diagonal D cut or London cut.
