Crafted in our ‘AA’ BRCGS accredited plant in the Scottish lowland borough of Annan, this premium quality smoked Scotch loch trout is steeped in centuries-old Scottish tradition. We hand cure each sustainably sourced fillet with a blend of pure sea salt and brown sugar before smoking it over smoldering oak wood chips.
